³⁸ And she stood behind him, weeping at his feet. And she began to wash his feet with her tears. And she wiped them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.

³⁹ Now when the Pharisee who had asked Him, saw it, he spoke to himself, saying, “If this man were a Prophet, He would surely have known who and what kind of woman this is who touches Him. For she is a sinner.”

⁴⁰ And Jesus answered, and said to him, “Simon, I have something to say to you.” And he said, “Master, say on.”
